Orders must be paid for in full at time of pick-up. A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE on any order cancelled within one week of the scheduled completion date.
We ask that orders be placed at least one week ahead of time, though we are always happy to accommodate orders on short notice if and when it is possible to do so.
Please note that the deposit policy applies even if you place your order within the one-week window and will effectively be NON-REFUNDABLE as the time it is paid.
Bakery pricing varies greatly based on the cost of supplies and ingredients, overhead, and the baker's experience. We strive to offer fair pricing for everything that we make and take great pride in preparing our items using only the highest quality ingredients available. We use real butter, cream, sugar, flour, chocolate, and never use mixes or pre-made items unless there are no other options, such as the cookies and candies used as toppings. We also source ingredients from local suppliers whenever possible.
